Spring Sippin’ | Las Jaras Wines
There’s a warm breeze in the air, it’s Sunday afternoon with nothing on the agenda but to slowly sip a bottle of Slipper Sippers from Las Jaras Wines. Spring is in the air and I couldn’t be happier about it! I came across Las Jaras a couple of years ago when they released their Sweet Berry Wine and they have become a quick favorite in my wine rotation.
If you’re not familiar, Erick Wareheim and Joel Burt are the winemakers behind Las Jaras. Their goal is to create wines that are energetic and balanced and pair well with food, making them approachable and sippable for any occasion. Based on the few bottles I’ve tried, I’d say they’ve met this goal and more. Highly recommend their wines, especially as the season turns and warmer weather approaches!
